for 2 onigiri- Cooked rice300 g
- Tenkasu (tempura crumbs)4 tbsp
- Chopped green onion4 tbsp
- Aonori1 tsp

- Mentsuyu1 1/2–2 tbsp
- Sesame oil1 tsp
Steps
- STEP1
Add the rice, tenkasu, chopped green onion, aonori, sesame seeds, mentsuyu, and sesame oil to a bowl. Mix until everything is evenly combined.

Taste, adjust the mentsuyu as needed, and shape into your preferred form.
