Tenkasu & Green Onion Mentsuyu Onigiri

Ingredients

for 2 onigiri
  • Cooked rice300 g
  • Tenkasu (tempura crumbs)4 tbsp
  • Chopped green onion4 tbsp
  • Aonori1 tsp
  • Sesame seeds1 tsp
  • Mentsuyu1 1/2–2 tbsp
  • Sesame oil1 tsp

Steps

    Add the rice, tenkasu, chopped green onion, aonori, sesame seeds, mentsuyu, and sesame oil to a bowl. Mix until everything is evenly combined.

Tips
