Ingredients

  • Cooked riceApprox. 120 g
  • Umeboshi1
  • Shiso leaves1 leaf
  • Toasted sesame seeds1 tsp
  • Dashi granules1/3 tsp

Steps

    Trim the stem from the shiso and tear it into small pieces.

    Pit the umeboshi. Add the rice, umeboshi, shiso, sesame seeds, and dashi granules to a bowl.
