Steps
- STEP1
Mix the rice, soy sauce, mirin, dashi granules, and bonito flakes in a bowl.

Divide into 2 portions and shape firmly using plastic wrap.

Heat sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.

Place the onigiri in the pan and cook until both sides are golden.
