Addictive "Shigeki" Spicy Onigiri

A simple mix-and-shape onigiri that brings together the rich aroma of bonito flakes and the deep umami of shio-kombu. No knife or stove needed — perfect for a busy lunch or snack.

  • Shigeki furikake (spicy)2 tsp
  • Toasted nori2 sheets (optional)
