Ingredients
for 2 onigiri- Cooked rice160 g
- Famichiki (fried chicken)1 piece
- Nori2 sheets
- Egg2
- Shirodashi1 tsp
Steps
- STEP1
Cut the Famichiki in half.

- STEP2
Beat the eggs and season with shirodashi. Cook them thin like a usuyaki tamago — that way they'll fit neatly into the sandwich.

- STEP3
On one side of a nori sheet, spread half of the rice (80 g) in a thin layer. Top with the cooked egg and the half Famichiki.

- STEP4
Add a small amount of rice on top of the Famichiki (it acts as a glue!), then fold the nori over to enclose. Done — a clean, easy-to-eat onigiri sandwich.

Tips
1
A generous pinch of toasted sesame seeds adds even more flavor.
