Ingredients
for 2 onigiri- Cooked rice250 g
- Dried cut wakame3 g
- Toasted sesame seeds2 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Dashi granules1/2 tsp
- Sesame oil2 tsp
Steps
- STEP1
Place the dried wakame in a bowl, pour in hot water, and let it rehydrate for about 2 minutes.

- STEP2
Chop the rehydrated wakame finely so it's easy to eat.

- STEP3
Add warm rice to a bowl with the chopped wakame, sesame seeds, salt, dashi granules, and sesame oil.

- STEP4
Mix until evenly combined, then shape into your preferred form.
