Ingredients
for 1 onigiri- Wiener sausage1
- Cooked rice70 g
- Norito taste
Steps
- STEP1
Shape ~70 g of rice per onigiri into a slightly elongated tawara (cylindrical) form.
- STEP2
Wrap the rice in nori.

- STEP3
Make a vertical slit in the center of the wrapped rice, just deep enough to hold a filling.
- STEP4
Tuck your favorite filling into the slit and you're done!
Tips
1
Wrap the nori while the rice is still warm — it sticks to the rice and won't peel off later.
2
Don't cut the slit too deep, or the onigiri will fall apart.
