Ingredients
for 4 onigiri- Cooked rice400 g
- Ground pork1 tbsp
- Egg1
- Soy sauce1 1/2 tbsp
- Sugar1 tbsp
- Mirin1 tbsp
- Ginger paste (tube)1 tsp
- Shirodashi1 tsp
Steps
- STEP1
Add the ground pork to a pan and cook over medium heat. Once the meat changes color, add the seasonings.

- STEP2
In another pan, crack in the egg, season with shirodashi, and make scrambled egg.

- STEP3
Mix the soboro from step 1 and the scrambled egg from step 2 into warm rice.

- STEP4
Divide into 4 portions and shape into your preferred form.
